Diablo 4 Item Upgrades
Items that are upgraded are components that can be put into armor, weapons or trinkets to provide a bonus. They are usually more expensive and require the item be at an appropriate rank.

After you've entered a few glyphs after which the Glyphs panel will keep track of the last 35 distinct ones you've used, and display them under the category of Recently Used on the first row of the panel (you need to expand the panel in order to see all 35). You can also clear this list by right-clicking, or Control-clicking, a symbol in the list and selecting Remove from Recent Glyphs.
The Glyphs Panel also allows you to create a custom set of glyphs, which could be helpful if you often require typing certain types of text. This will help you save the time of manually inserting each glyph when you need it.
A custom glyph may have up to 30 glyphs. This includes both the base name and its suffix. The base name must contain uppercase English alphabetic letters (A-Z) and lowercase English alphabetic letters (a-z), European numbers (0-9), underscore (_), and other glyphs. The suffix can include ligatures or contextual alternatives. These are special variations which combine two or more letters into a single glyph.
Reroll Tokens
Upgrades are the main mechanic that gives extra bonuses on items, including more stats. They are available in three distinct types: rerolling, recycling and leveling up. Each type comes with a distinct set extra bonuses for an item.
Reroll Tokens let players change the base power of an item and number of upgrades as well as be used to reroll ring substats. This is helpful when a player wishes to upgrade an item, but the "potential" power of that item isn't what they want. Or if their substats of the item aren't what they want to be.
Rerolling is a cost of 1 token and resets the item's upgrades, but will keep the rarity, set and level unaltered. As an item is progressively leveled up, its tier increases. The choice of a franchise card through the Blueprint Desk will allow you to obtain certain equipment or ingredients that are needed for certain recipes. Some Appliances and Ingredients are considered to be staples, which means that they are not available at the Shop or through a reroll, whereas others have a greater chance of being available if a particular Franchise Card is selected from the Blueprint Desk. The Staple Pool is where all the items will stay for the duration of the game. When purchased from the Blueprint Desk, non-staple equipment is also transferred to the Seed Pool.
Recycled Items
The third "R," recycle, is where the magic occurs. You can benefit the environment by recycling a product made of recycled material. This is because most items that are recycled go back to the manufacturer of the original to be remanufactured into another product. This is referred to as "closing the loop of recycling."
When a person places something in their recycling bin on the curb the item is sent to a Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) where it is separated and sorted into different components.
